This leg press hack squat machine uses plate-loaded resistance, letting you load up to 1,000 LB of Olympic weight plates for hardcore workouts hitting your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. This machine delivers the comfort you need to power through your toughest sets with thick, cushioned backrests that double as large diamond-plated footplates, letting you change up your foot positions to target different muscle groups. Flip them up and down to switch from leg presses to hack squats in seconds. Two sturdy lockout arms double as side grips for stability and control in every rep. Choose from three lockout settings to match your start/stop position with your range of motion and secure the weight during set breaks. Simply flip the arms in to release the weight and allow for movement, then flip them out to secure the weight before stepping out. The weight carriage travels effortlessly at a 45-degree angle along commercial-grade cast wheels guided by a steel alloy linear rail channel for controlled, fluid motion, even during heavy lifts.
