FT LLC is committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free exchange experience. Please review our exchange policy below before requesting an exchange.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
  • Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value. Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Contact the FT LLC support team at support@homedepotmore.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide instructions and an exchange authorization.
  3. Send the product back in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, FT LLC will ship your replacement item.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
  • In such cases, FT LLC will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Clearance or final-sale products.
  • Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturer defects.
