Exchange Policy

Home Depot More is operated and managed by FT LLC . We are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free exchange experience. Please review our Exchange Policy before submitting an exchange request.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

• Items must be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
• Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

2. Exchange Process

   with your order details.
2. Our team will review your request and provide exchange authorization along with return instructions.
3. Return the product in its original condition and packaging.
4. After inspection and approval, your replacement item will be shipped.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Once verified, FT LLC will arrange a replacement and cover the return shipping costs at no additional charge.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Clearance or final-sale products.
• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse.
